We’re on the lookout for a mature, guest-obsessed Restaurant Supervisor to help lead service at The Fork & Wheel, our beautifully refurbished restaurant in the heart of Midleton.

This is a standout opportunity for someone who thrives on leadership, takes genuine pride in service delivery, and wants to play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and memorable guest experience every time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior service role in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, or hotel
• Warm, confident hosting style with strong attention to detail
• Ability to support and lead the team across restaurant and bar operations
• A calm, organised approach to service, even when it’s busy
• Passion for great food and collaboration with the kitchen team on daily service delivery
• Comfortable assisting with stock control, compliance, and operational checklists
• A flexible, proactive mindset. Happy to step in for the Restaurant Manager when required
• Must have their own means of transport to and from site. We are not accessible by public transport
• Availability to start immediately
